I believe that as a certified life coach and with years of relationship experience, I have all the tools to help you take the next steps in your relationship and life - whatever that may be for you.

I was born in West Sussex and live by the sea with my slightly tubby and bad tempered tuxedo cat.
I am down to earth and immensely proud of my working-class roots.
My grandparents were Polish immigrants.
I am a qualified teacher and have been part of the profession since 2004.
I went all the way through the education system without anyone realising I had dyslexia.
I have had many relationships, both long and short term and have learnt a lot about myself, about love, about people and about attachment along the way. I am eternally grateful for every single experience.
I think that kindness is the most beautiful characteristic.
My friends are my goddam superheroes and rock my world with their love, support and honesty.
I don’t judge. Ever.
I have been a victim of my own limiting beliefs and have worked hard to take charge of my negative internal dialogue.
I love helping and supporting people and I am bloody good at what I do.
